The development of Tierra de Irta offers all you need for a happy, relaxed, quiet holiday. Situated just 8 minutes drive along the coastal road from Peniscola, you will find everything within a short stroll of the apartment. There are several swimming pools on the development - the best being situated directly in front of the apartment! Landscaped gardens and walkways surround the pools. As previously mentioned, the development is built into the hillside and therefore there are stairways and sloping paths. To fully appreciate the area a car is recommended.
The apartment sleeps 4 - there is a double bedroom with fabulous views of the Mediterranean sea and a comfy sofa bed in the living room, with views out to the pool and gardens. There is a bathroom - bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. The kitchen area is well equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine. There is a flat screen TV.
