WHO ARE 'PINK PROPERTY RENTALS' ?

A potted history...

Pink Property Rentals was set up three years ago by Sue Ardley, who, together with her husband and daughter, moved from UK to the lovely town of Sant Carles de la Rapita, on the Costa Dorada.

It was clear that many of the owners of new apartments and villas in Peniscola and the surrounding area were keen to let their properties throughout the year but did not really know how to go about it. 

So Pink Property Rentals was formed and Sue now manages the properties that can be found on this site.  She personally looks after each apartment and villa, handles all of the advertising, correspondence and enquiries, rental agreements, payments etc and the meeting and greeting of clients and generally works to ensure that both owner and holiday maker are satisfied and happy!
