~ TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR HOLIDAY RENTALS ~

Pink Property Rentals are here to help you to select and book your holiday.  You have earned your rest and we hope it will be a relaxed and stress-free break for yourself and your family.  We provide the following terms and conditions and we ask that you take time to read through them.  Thank you.

1.      Your booking will be with Pink Property Rentals.  We are unable to accept a booking without a deposit.  The contract will be binding from the time Pink Property Rentals receives a deposit of 15% of the total cost of the rental.  The balance of the total cost of the holiday must be paid in cash at the time of arrival at the property.

2.     A deposit of 15% of the total cost of the duration of your stay must be paid at the time of booking.  This is non-returnable in the event of a cancellation made by you - we ask that notification of cancellation be put in writing either by post or e-mail.

3.     The balance, as previously stated, must be paid in cash (Euros) upon arrival at the property.  Upon payment of the money, you will receive the keys and have access to the property.

4.     The rental period is from 4pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the morning of departure (unless otherwise stated on our website).  It may be possible to vary these times but only by prior arrangement.  We would ask that you leave the accommodation as you find it, clean and tidy and with a complete inventory.  Please ensure you remove all personal belongings, fresh food and refuse/rubbish.  Should there be any breakages, please replace or notify Pink Property Rentals as soon as possible.

5.     You are responsible for the keys during the course of your holiday and must leave them in the property at the end of your stay.  If, for any reason, this does not occur,  you are requested to notify Pink Property Rentals immediately and you will be responsible for the return of the keys by registered post.

6.     Cancellation of your holiday -

  • - by either the owner or Pink Property Rentals:-  in the unlikely event of cancellation of your booking by either the owner or Pink Property Rentals, you, the customer, shall receive a full refund of all monies paid to the date of cancellation.  We cannot accept any further liabililty and we ask that you understand and accept this.

 

  • - by you, the customer:-  notification of cancellation must be made in writing (preferably e-mail) to Pink Property Rentals.  As previously stated, there will be no refund of the paid deposit.

7.     All accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking.  If, for any reason beyond our control, the accommodation you have booked is no longer available, Pink Property Rentals will endeavour to provide alternative accommodation of a similar standard.

8.     All information contained on our website has been compiled to the best of our ability from current information supplied by the owners of the rental properties.  However, if the property becomes unsuitable for rental purposes, due to circumstances beyond our control (ie, local construction works, adverse weather conditions, power cuts/shortages, necessary maintenance etc) Pink Property Rentals will inform you as soon as possible.  We cannot be held liable in these circumstances and we remind you that some advertised facilities (ie, water parks, swimming pools, beach bars etc) may not operate throughout the year.

9.     Some of our properties may be situated within an Urbanisation and we would politely remind customers to behave in a respectful and acceptable manner.  We want you to enjoy your holiday but noisy, disruptive behaviour, particularly late at night and into the early hours of the morning is not considered acceptable to either the local residents or to the Management Committee of the Urbanisation.  It is possible that such behaviour could lead to you being requested to leave the property immediately.

10.    Whilst Pink Property Rentals make every effort to ensure your holiday is relaxing and enjoyable, we are unable to accept liability for any disruption or inconvenience caused to the client due to construction/building works or noise however it is caused.

11.    No pets/animals are permitted in the rental accommodation (unless otherwise stated in the property description or by prior arrangement at the time of booking).

12.    Pink Property Rentals cannot be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage howsoever caused.  We advise you to ensure that you have holiday insurance and that you bring an up-to-date European Health Insurance Card for medical cover (applications forms are available from most Post Offices in UK).

13    Swimming pools are used at the visitor's own risk and any children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

14.    It is the responsibility of the owners of each property to ensure that regular safety checks on all appliances are carried out.  However, in the event of a breakdown or failure of an appliance, please notify Pink Property Rentals so that we can arrange for a repair or a replacement as soon as possible.

15.    Should you require our assistance in an emergency during your stay (ie loss of property keys etc), please be aware that there is a call out fee of 20 Euros for the first hour.  Thereafter, there is a charge of 10 Euros per hour.

16.    In the unlikely event of a dispute between yourself and the owner, Pink Property Rentals will help - whenever possible - by offering arbitration and advice to both parties but cannot influence the outcome of the dispute.  We would advise the involvement of a neutral third party.

Having read this document, the customer understands and accepts the terms and conditions as stated.
