With Valencia to the south and Barcelona to the north, golf courses, sailing, diving, walking, riding, golden beaches, bars, restaurants and shops all within easy reach, this area offers so much to enable the whole family to have a great time on holiday!
A car is recommended for this location. There is a private parking space for one car.

The small urbanisation - with its own pool, a separate children's paddling pool and safe play area set amongst level lawns - nestles into the hillside. Just a short walk takes you to local bars and restaurants, a small supermarket and the bus stop for the regular bus into Peniscola. There is also a separate swimming pool/bar complex with 2 pools, 3 tennis courts and crazy golf - all of which may be used for approximately 10 Euros a day.
This apartment is light and airy and benefits from being on the end of the block. There are stairs and a lift to all areas and level paths lead to the steps down to the pool and lawns.
Accommodation: two bedrooms, one double with fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets; one twinbedded room with fitted wardrobes, chest of drawes and bedside cabinets. There is a bathroom - with shower over the bath, wash hand basin and WC - and a shower room with basin and WC.
The apartment has air conditioning for the summer months and warm air heating for the winter, and there are also two portable heaters for those chilly evenings in Spring and Autumn.
The lounge area is spacious and has double patio doors out onto the large covered terrace. There is a large screen TV and DVD player. The kitchen is very well equipped with microwave, ceramic hob, electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. All cooking utensils, pots and pans, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and glasses are provided.
All bedding (duvets and sheets) and towels are provided (NOT beach/swimming towels). Linen changed weekly - payable locally.
Welcome Packs and Beach Towel hire are available (7€/towel/week) - payable locally. Please state requirements at the time of booking.
