The development of Tierra de Irta offers all you need for a happy, relaxed, quiet holiday. Situated just 8 minutes drive along the coastal road from Peniscola, you will find everything within a short stroll of the apartment. There is a fabulous swimming pool - with a special area for babies and toddlers - just in front of the apartment. Surrounded by well tended lawns, the pool is the main focal point of the development. There is also a children's play area. The apartment is on the second floor with stunning views over the development to the sea and to the surrounding hills of the Natural Park. There are stairways and sloping paths - with lifts available to each level. There are no steps within the apartment.
The accommodation is beautifully presented and extremely comfortable. The master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite with bath and shower over, patio doors lead from the bedside to the spacious terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds. There is an additional shower room. The lounge-diner is stylishly furnished and there is a flat screen TV, DVD. The sofa-bed sleeps two. The kitchen is well equipped with ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave and washing machine.
All bedding (duvets), towels and T-towels are provided. Please bring your own swimming/beach towels. Linen changed weekly - if required.
Swimming/Beach towel hire (7€/towel/week) and Welcome Packs are available. Please state requirements at the time of booking.
RATES:
Low Season - November - April (excluding Christmas and Easter) - €300 per week - €45/night (min. 3 nights)
Mid Season - May, June, September, October, Christmas, Easter - €450 per week - €65/night (min. 3 nights)
High Season - July - August - €575 per week - € 85/night (min. 3 nights)
