The sandy beaches of Peniscola are perfect for working on the tan, swimming or just taking life easy on a sunbed under the shade. For the more energetic person, there are boats for hire, volleyball nets set up in the sand, bicycles for hire.
Peniscola is only a short drive to the beautiful city of Valencia - a visit to Oceanographic makes a wonderful day out for everyone. The architecture - modern mixed in with the old - provides good photographic opportunities too.
Apartment 'Tiffany' is next door to Apartment 'Amanda' on the development of Tierra de Irta, where you will find all you need for a happy, relaxed holiday. Situated just 8 minutes' drive along the coastal road from Peniscola - with amazing views across the sea to the Castle - you will find a restaurant, a small supermarket and tennis courts just a short stroll from the apartment.
There is a fabulous pool - with a special babies and toddler area - just in front and below the apartment. Surrounded by well tended lawns, the pool is the focal area of the development. There is a children's play area. The apartment has wonderful views out to the sea in front and to the left you can see the hills, sea and Peniscola castle.
There are no steps within the apartment. However, there are stairs down to the pool and garden level - and also a lift to all levels of the development. The pool and play area are viewable from the apartment terrace. Intercom access to the development.
The accommodation is comfortably furnished, clean, bright and welcoming. The master bedroom has a double bed, large wardrobe, ensuite bathroom and patio doors out onto the lovely terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds, large wardrobe and window to the side. There is an additional shower room.
The lounge-diner has patio doors leading out onto a covered area which then opens out onto the main terrace - lovely for al fresco dining! There is a TV (with Sky) and DVD player. The kitchen is well equipped with ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
All bedding, towels and T-towels are provided. Please bring your own swimming/beach towels - or, if you want to save space and weight in your luggage, why not hire them (7€/towel/week -payable locally). Linen/towels changed weekly if desired - payable locally. Welcome Packs are available - please state requirements at the time of booking - payable locally.
Rates:
Low Season:- November - April (excluding Christmas and Easter) - 300€ per week.
Mid Season:- May-June, September-October, Christmas and Easter - 400€ per week
