To fully appreciate this beautiful area, we would recommend you hire a car for the duration of your holiday.
There are lots of friendly cafes and restaurants which cater for all tastes. Hire a bicycle and explore the long wide promenade from Peniscola to Benicarlo, or be more intrepid and head out into the countryside - but remember to take your camera as there are fabulous views to capture!
Explore the winding, narrow cobbled streets leading up to the Castle, and, on the way up, why not visit the Bird of Prey centre. There is so much to do and see in this lovely 'undiscovered' area of Spain!
Apartment Amanda is on the development of Tierra de Irta where you will find all you need for a happy, relaxed, quiet holiday. Situated just 8 minutes drive along the coastal road from Peniscola - with its amazing views across the turquoise waters to the Castle - you will find everything within a short stroll from your apartment.
There is a fabulous swimming pool - with a special area for babies and toddlers - just in front of your apartment. Surrounded by well tended lawns, the pool is the focal point of the development. There is a children's play area. The apartment has breathtaking views across to the sea in front, the hillsides to the left and right and in the distance is the historic walled town and castle of Peniscola - which looks magical when lit up at night! There are stairways, pathways and lifts available to each level of the development. There are no steps within the apartment. One flight of stairs (or lift) down to pool level and both pool and play area are viewable from the terrace. Secure for children - intercom access to development.
The accommodation is comfortably furnished, clean, bright and welcoming! The master bedroom has a double bed, ensuite bathroom and patio doors leading onto the spacious terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds. There is an additional shower room. The lounge-diner has patio doors leading onto the terrace where you can enjoy dining 'al-fresco' - either in the shade or sun! There is a TV (with Sky) and DVD player. The kitchen is well-equipped with ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave and washing machine.
All bedding, towels & T-towels are provided. Please bring your own swimming/beach towels - or, if you would like to save space and weight in your luggage, why not hire them (7€/towel/week) - payable locally). Linen/towels changed weekly if desired - payable locally. Welcome Packs are available. Please state requirements at the time of booking - payable locally.

Low Season:- November- April (excluding Christmas and Easter) - 300€ per week
Mid Season:- May-June, September-October, Christmas and Easter - 400€ per week
